Heart Rate (MHR) ranging from sixty percent up to ninety percent.
This range is commonly used for people to gauge on how intense
they are exercising and if they should increase or decrease the
intensity based on their specific goals. One thing to keep in
mind, if you are just starting out in an exercise program, it
is essential that you start at a lower T.H.R. This will decrease
your chances of having any troubles such as respiratory, or cardiovascular.
