Personal training in the past used to be only for athletes because
competition back then was the only market who demanded it. Fitness
was not an integral part of society like it is today. In today's
world, personal training is for everyone. It focuses on providing
extra attention for people who want guidance in the areas of cardiovascular,
strength, nutrition, and flexibility. People may also select personal
training to help keep themselves on track and motivated to achieve
their goals.
There is a lot of information regarding what is right for our
bodies and can often times be really confusing. People turn to
personal trainers to help them determine what is right for them.
Everyone is different and each program should be tailored for
that person. The "one size fits all" philosophy is not
the approach we take here. We look at every aspect of an individual's
health history, possible injuries, and what may be causing someone
to "hold back" their true potential. We want people
to succeed on their terms and what is comfortable for them. If
you provide us with your goals and true determination, we can
help you achieve the success you desire.
There are different options for personal training: private,
semi-private, fitness
coaching, and sport-specific. Click
on the links above to read more about each option.
